Find answers to common questions about our services

There are two ways to receive assistance:

  1. Mobile Food Pantries: Visit any of our three drive-thru locations during distribution hours. No registration required.
  2. The Market (Monthly Assistance):
    • • Complete our online registration form
    • • Wait for email response (please don't call the office)
    • • Attend interview with required documents:
      • - State Issued ID
      • - Proof of residency for all household members
      • - Income verification for members 18+
      • - Children's documentation (school/medical records)

You can visit our mobile pantries while waiting for your Market application to be processed.

We serve families in three South Carolina counties:

  • Easley: The Storehouse - Every Saturday, 10:00-11:00 a.m.
  • Powdersville: Newspring Church - 2nd Tuesday, 5:30-6:30 p.m.
  • Pickens: Holly Springs Baptist - 3rd Tuesday, 5:30-6:30 p.m.

All locations operate as drive-thru pantries. For The Market (monthly assistance), you must live in our service area and complete the application process.

We have several volunteer opportunities:

  • Food Distribution: Help at our drive-thru pantries
  • The Market: Assist with stocking, organizing, and client service
  • Special Projects: Join our "Our Hands, His Glory" outreach initiatives
  • Administrative: Help with office tasks and client support

There are several ways to support our mission:

  • Fill-a-Bag Program: Sign up to donate specific items monthly
  • Online Shopping: Purchase items from our Amazon or Walmart wishlists
  • Monetary Donations: Make secure online donations through SecureGive
  • Direct Delivery: Drop off food donations during our operating hours

Simple steps to receive comprehensive assistance

Required Documents

For your interview appointment, you'll need:

  • State Issued ID
  • Proof of Residency for all household members
  • For children: school records, medical records, or Medicaid paperwork
  • Proof of income for all household members 18+

*All household members over 18 must provide income or be a student

Online Registration

Complete these steps:

  • Fill out online registration form
  • Wait for email response
  • Please do not call the office

While waiting, you may visit our mobile pantries
